Accessibility Statement

California Workforce Training

Last Updated: November 1, 2026

Our Commitment

California Workforce Training ("CWT") is committed to making our website and our training programs accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Our work is built on the belief that every employee deserves to understand their rights and responsibilities, and that means removing barriers, whether they are language barriers or accessibility barriers.

We want everyone who visits our website, https://www.caworkforcetraining.com (the "Site"), to be able to find information, request a training, and contact us with ease.

Our Standard

We aim to make the Site conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities. We also strive to meet the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable California law.

Steps We Take

To support accessibility, we:

Use clear headings and a logical page structure so the Site can be navigated with a keyboard and screen readers

Provide descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images

Choose text and background colors with sufficient contrast, and avoid relying on color alone to convey meaning

Use readable fonts and allow text to be resized in the browser without losing content

Label form fields clearly, including our contact and quote-request form

Use descriptive link text

Design pages to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

Offer key content in both English and Spanish

Review our content and Site periodically for accessibility issues

Accessible Training Services

Accessibility extends to the training we deliver. When you book a session, please tell us about any accommodation needs for your team, such as:

Sign language interpretation or real-time captioning

Large-print or screen-reader-friendly materials

Seating, room layout, or physical access needs for in-person sessions

Additional time, breaks, or alternative formats

Materials in English, Spanish, or both

We ask for at least [10 business days] of notice when possible so we can arrange the right support, but we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests made closer to the session date.

Known Limitations

We are working to improve accessibility across the Site, but some areas may not yet fully meet our goals. Examples include:

Third-party content. Embedded tools, such as scheduling widgets, maps, or social media links, are provided by outside companies, and we do not fully control their accessibility.

Documents. Some downloadable files, such as PDFs or handouts, may not yet be fully accessible. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.

Newly added content. Content added to the Site may take time to be reviewed for accessibility.

If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can fix it.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your comments and questions about the accessibility of our Site and services. If you have difficulty using any part of the Site, need information in another format, or want to request an accommodation, contact us:

California Workforce Training Email: caworkforcetraining@gmail.com Phone: 707-906-3278

Please include a description of the issue, the web page address (URL), the device and browser you were using, and any assistive technology you use. We will acknowledge your message within [2 business days] and work to resolve the issue or provide the information you need in an accessible format within a reasonable time.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We will keep reviewing the Site, update this statement as our practices change, and make improvements as we learn from our visitors and clients.
